Sweet bean paste which you won't find too sweet

Foreigners may think Japanese sweets are beautiful and tasty, but too sweet. Because Japanese sweets are very famous for being sweet, some may hesitate to try them. However, the Japanese sweets of this shop are mainly made of azuki beans which are not overly sweet, so people who would seldom eat Japanese sweets are happy to eat them again. Foreign people in Japan who are not usually fond of sweets often come back to buy them. Two or three times a week, carefully selected Hokkaido red beans are boiled for 5 to 6 hours until the sweetness and softness are just right. The softness needs to be checked frequently in a room with a temperature of 40 degrees. You can enjoy "Tsubuan", and "Koshian" of just the right softness.

Using only domestically produced ingredients materials and providing a wide range of Japanese confectionery

Not only red beans, but also other materials such as glutinous rice are domestically produced. A variety of Japanese sweets such as "Kanoko" which you do not usually see much, new grass rice cake and sweets which wrap azuki beans with agar, are also offered. Dorayaki and Taiyaki which are popular among foreigners are also available.

Offering Japanese sweets for the four seasons

In summer, Yokan and Mizudaifuku are available. Chilled Taiyaki was developed just last year and is delicious eaten when its dough is chilled. Two kinds of fillings, custard cream and sweet bean paste, are offered. In autumn, rice cakes containing chestnut are offered. In winter. Mamedaifuku and hot Taiyaki are on offer.
